Seated Cable Row Wide Grip

Description

The cable seated wide-grip row is an exercise that targets the back muscles, especially the latissimus dorsi. It also works the biceps, forearms, and rear deltoids. To perform this exercise, follow these steps:

  1. Sit on a low cable row machine with your feet on the footrests and your knees slightly bent. Grab the wide-grip bar with an overhand grip, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
  2. Keeping your back straight and your chest up, pull the bar towards your lower chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
  3. Slowly extend your arms and return to the starting position, without letting the weight stack touch down.
  4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
