Adjust the seat height so that your thighs are firmly under the pads and your feet are flat on the floor.
Grab the handles with your palms facing each other and sit down with your arms fully extended above your head.
Pull the handles down to your chest level, squeezing your shoulder blades together and keeping your elbows close to your body.
Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining tension on the cable throughout the movement.
